You will train, guide, and empower teammates while maintaining accurate inventory and strong financial controls. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee center store activities, complete daily task lists, conduct safety walks, and manage vendor relationships to ensure product availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center store.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team.
• Oversee all center store activities and ensure tasks are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to service.
• Remain part of the store leadership team and lead when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure product availability.
