Casey''s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and train staff under the Store Manager. You will manage inventory, audits, and vendor check-ins to ensure product availability while maintaining financial integrity.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accountability, and collaboration with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Under Store Manager supervision, oversee center store activities and ensure tasks are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
