Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. in the United States is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead center store operations with a hands-on approach. You’ll train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring accurate inventory, audits, and vendor partnerships.

You will partner with the Store Manager, manage daily tasks, safety, and bookwork, and step in to lead when others are unavailable; a passion for coaching and growth is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower the team in center store operations.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage staff.
• Oversee center store activities, ensure daily tasks and safety processes.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
