Casey’s is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations, train and empower team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to guide daily tasks, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain strong vendor relationships to keep products available.

You’ll drive accountability, safety, and guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership, coaching, and daily execution of store processes, while stepping in for other leaders as needed.

• Inventory control and safety compliance awareness.

• Lead with accountability and empower team members.

• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and cover for others as needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
