Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Center Store leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Center Store policies and best practices.
• Experience with Google Suite and Schnucks systems (Shelfman, DOMO, WORX).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and maintain store conditions including merchandising, in stock, freshness, cleanliness.
• Schedule and supervise department staff.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock.
• Coordinate marketing, sales, and advertising programs.
• Identify opportunities to achieve the department's financial plan.
