Job summary

Casey’s General Stores is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center store operations with a hands-on, guest-focused approach. You will train, guide, and empower team members, ensure accurate inventory, conduct audits, manage invoices, and maintain strong vendor relationships to keep products available.

You will partner with the Store Manager, supervise daily tasks, oversee safety, handle service requests, and step into leadership when needed, while performing Store Team Member duties as

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities: daily task lists and store walks, safety processes.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight from Store Manager.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to service and team performance.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and cover duties when needed.
