Job summary

Casey's General Store is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations, train and engage the center-store team, and partner with the Store Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and product availability.

You'll oversee inventory, audits, vendor check-ins, and daily bookwork while maintaining safety processes and strong guest service. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.70 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empower the center store team.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee all center store activities under Store Manager supervision.
• Ensure daily task lists are completed.
• Conduct daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed.
• Lead when other leaders are unavailable; perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
