Job summary

Caseys General Stores Inc. is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead operations, train and empower team members, and ensure a great guest experience. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to guide daily activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and strengthen vendor partnerships.

Starting pay range: $16.75 - $19.25 per hour, with pay variations based on KSAs, experience, and internal equity. The role offers opportunities for growth within the company and acknowledges local wage

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Under supervision of the Store Manager, oversee all center store activities: complete daily tasks and store walks.
• Ensure safety processes are followed, tickets are entered promptly, and inventory/bookwork are maintained.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to service and maintain Store Manager informed.
