Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. invites a Center Sales Director at EWC Growth to lead the center’s performance and guest experience. You will own success from service and retail sales to talent development and operations, setting energy and expectations on site.

You will coach teams to drive results, execute local marketing, and build a high-performance culture while ensuring exceptional guest interactions and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role across retail, beauty, or spa industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Strong leadership and talent development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution.
• Fluent English and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales, retail sales, Wax Passes, and future bookings.
• Own center KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
• Coach associates on sales and guest experience.
• Lead local marketing and community engagement.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure brand standards in guest interactions.
