European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Center Sales Director for EWC Growth in Brookline, MA. This senior on-site role drives center performance, leads a winning team, and elevates the guest experience through strategic selling and people development.

You’ll own the day-to-day success of the center—from sales and KPIs to talent development and operations, coaching the team to exceed targets in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role across retail, beauty, or spa industries.
• Exposure to a luxury environment preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Full-time, open availability with flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Strong proficiency in English

Aufgaben

• Drive service sales, retail sales, Wax Passes, and future bookings.
• Own center KPIs, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
• Coach associates on behaviors that drive stronger sales performance + elevated guest experience
• Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives that grow the business
• Build effective associate schedules while managing labor targets
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll, deposits, and other daily administrative functions
