Job summary

EWC Growth in Brookline, MA seeks a Center Sales Director to lead the center’s performance, develop a winning team, and elevate the guest experience.

As the senior on-site leader, you’ll own sales, operations, and talent development, coach associates, and drive local marketing and community engagement to grow the business.

Base salary plus commissions with uncapped earning potential and monthly payout—this role rewards leadership and results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role across retail, beauty, or spa industries.
• Exposure to luxury environment preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Full-time, open availability with evenings/weekends.
• Strong proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Business: own center performance including sales, KPIs, revenue goals and metrics.
• Create an Exceptional Guest Experience: ensure consistently excellent service and guest connections.
• Build & Lead a Winning Team: recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing associates; drive performance conversations.
• Run a Best-in-Class Operation: manage scheduling, payroll, deposits, inventory, and compliance.
