Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Center Quality Manager in Stonecrest, GA to lead quality inspection and regulatory compliance at the donor center. You will work with Center Managers to ensure product quality, donor suitability, and safety, while interpreting SOPs and managing audits and corrective actions.

The role focuses on maintaining QA programs, regulatory documentation, and continuous improvement to ensure compliance with CLIA and cGMP standards in a fast-paced Donor Center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent and professional quality compliance proficiency.
• Works toward certification from ASQ to be a Certified Quality Auditor.
• Certification as a Designated Trainer for quality area is required.

Responsibilities

• Independent level of quality inspection and control with center compliance.
• Collaborates with Center Managers to ensure product quality and donor safety.
• Directs and monitors processes to comply with state, federal, and company regulations.
• Interprets and implements SOPs; ensures staff follow SOPs.
• Performs audits and manages corrective and preventative actions.
• Maintains documentation for CLIA proficiency, training, and QA activities.
• Prepares quality analysis reports and investigates deviations and complaints.
• Builds rapport with donors to support quality and donor center goals.
