Job summary

Grifols, S.A is seeking a Quality Systems Manager in San Antonio, TX to lead the donor center's quality management and training programs. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee audits, and ensure compliance with FDA and cGMP standards to protect donor and product safety.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science and 2+ years in a related medical/cGMP environment, with strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required; equivalency considered per area of assignment.
• Typically requires 2 years of related experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment; plasma or whole blood experience preferred.
• Proficiency in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions; strong understanding of FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates processes and coordinates strategic implementation of quality system processes and corrective actions.
• Maintains oversight of the donor center's quality management system and drives continuous quality improvement.
• Directs compliance with state, federal, and company SOPs; implements SOPs for quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains and audits the training program; ensures staff competency and training records.
• Collaborates with the Center Manager to ensure product quality, donor suitability, and donor safety.
