Job summary

Grifols, S.A in Greenville, SC is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead the donor center's quality program, ensure cGMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement. You will implement SOPs, manage audits, and oversee staff training and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Center Manager to protect donor safety and product quality, performing root-cause analyses, and maintaining training records. Travel to sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required; related experience in cGMP a plus.
• Experience addressing audit findings and CAPA in plasma/biologics.
• Knowledge of CLIA/quality systems and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates processes and implements quality system actions at the donor center.
• Maintains and improves the center's quality management system and SOPs.
• Oversees training, audits, and deviations with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinates with Center Manager to ensure donor safety and product quality.
• Hires, develops, and manages quality staff and training records.
• Leads monthly quality meetings and tracks corrective actions.
