Grifols is seeking a Center Quality Manager to lead quality inspection, ensure donor safety, and maintain regulatory compliance at the donor center in the United States. You will interpret SOPs, guide staff, and coordinate audits while driving continuous improvement in quality systems and processes.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science and progress toward ASQ Quality Auditor certification, plus experience with training and designation as a quality trainer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in quality and regulatory compliance.
• Working toward ASQ Quality Auditor certification.
• Certification as a Designated Trainer for quality area is required.

Responsabilités

• Independent level of quality inspection and control—ensures center compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborates with Center Managers to ensure product quality, donor suitability and donor safety.
• Directs and monitors processes and ensures center compliance with all applicable state, federal, and company-designated regulations.
• Ensures SOPs are properly interpreted, implemented, and staff follow them.
• Interprets and implements processes, regulations and SOPs for quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees internal and external audits including execution and responses.
• Leads corrective and preventative action programs and tracks results.
• Maintains and improves the effectiveness of the quality systems in the donor center.
• Manages personnel functions of the Quality Assoc(s) including hiring and training.
• Oversees shipments—labels, documentation and release of products.
