Job summary

Lifelong Medical Care is seeking a Center Supervisor for Our Place, a no-cost drop-in center in West Oakland. The role oversees center operations, coordinates with medical care teams, and supervises front- and back-office staff. Reports to Center Director or Associate Director.

Responsibilities include staffing, policy compliance, and community liaison work, with a focus on serving people experiencing homelessness in the East Bay.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of Primary Care Teams and assist center staff.
• Manage scheduling templates (open/close) and staffing calendars.
• Coordinate operations and communications across Center departments.
• Lead weekly supervisor meetings and staff development activities.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and, if needed, terminate staff as appropriate.
