Job summary

Centria Autism Center in Michigan is seeking a Center Administrator to establish the foundation for future growth. This entry-level operations role oversees center functions, including cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, and day-to-day center operations with a focus on professional customer service.

You will collaborate with the Operations Director to manage inventory, greet clients and provide tours, ensure safety, and maintain records in compliance with state and federal mandates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to follow written instructions and use computer software.

Responsibilities

• Open/close center when needed.
• Greet clients and give tours when necessary.
• Maintain center supply inventory and ensure staff has required items.
• Keep center clean, attractive, and safe for team members and clients.
• Maintain records to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal mandates.
• Receive deliveries as needed.
• Communicate with families and Behavior Technicians as directed by Operations Director.
