Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an entry-level Center Administrator to support daily operations, client interactions, and center maintenance. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients and staff.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the center, tours for new clients, inventory management, and coordinating with the Operations Director to maintain schedules and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to use basic computer software and tablets/iPads.

Responsibilities

• Open/close center when needed.
• Greet clients and visitors and give tours when necessary.
• Maintain center cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
• Manage center supply inventory with Operations Director.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time following Centria procedures.
