Job summary

Centria-Healthcare is seeking an entry level Center Administrator to establish the operational foundation for growth within the center. This role handles day-to-day administrative support, facility upkeep, and supply management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Key duties include opening/closing, greeting clients, maintaining records, coordinating with the Operations Director, and ensuring a clean, safe environment and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Open/close center when needed and greet clients.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with the Operations Director on schedules and supplies.
• Keep the center clean, safe, and conducive to therapy sessions.
• Report incidents and safety concerns per policy.
