Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of management in a professional environment.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• 5–7 years experience managing and developing staff.
• Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including staffing and services management.
• Recruitment, scheduling, customer service, reporting and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records related to staffing and delivery of service for each case.
• Create, maintain and manage a master schedule to staff clinical cases per insurer hours.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments and act as liaison between administrative and clinical staff.
