Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead the daily operations of a medical facility and ensure exceptional patient care and service. The role focuses on coordinating staff, patient flow, and clinical support to deliver high-quality outcomes while managing key performance metrics.

The COD will work with clinical leadership to optimize operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop staff through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with leadership/operations focus.
• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management experience.
• Prior healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spends ~80% of time on patient facilitation and service delivery.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership for efficient patient care.
• Monitor center metrics and drive improvements in patient experience.
• Oversee staffing levels and competencies to optimize satisfaction and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards.
• Lead center initiatives, performance management, and staff development.
