Job summary

Lincare seeks a Service Center Manager to drive top-line revenue growth and profitability for the center. You will oversee day-to-day operations, clinical services, and sales efforts while guiding the local marketing strategy focused on managed care.

You will develop strong staff communications, conduct performance evaluations, hire qualified personnel, and ensure adherence to company policies. The role requires leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to coordinate across teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of management experience required, including leadership, communication and sales skills.
• Home health, home medical equipment, respiratory care, or home infusion pharmacy management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Word Processing software.
