The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking an Operations Manager for our Portland, ME center. You will oversee day-to-day operations, billing, payroll, scheduling, recruitment, and staff development to ensure high-quality care and financial health.

This role requires 2-4 years of management experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and strong leadership, HIPAA compliance, and computer skills.

Qualifications
