Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Lead Center Coordinator in Springfield, MA to oversee center operations, scheduling, and administration. You will partner with clinical leadership to maintain compliant processes and high-quality care while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of admin/operational experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience as Office Manager or Practice Coordinator preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HRIS/timekeeping and EHR software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day center operations, including staff scheduling and facility readiness.
• Ensure compliant documentation and track attendance logs.
• Partner with clinical leadership to support family-centered care.
• Mentor junior staff and support onboarding and training.
• Collaborate with finance, recruiting, and HR for goals.
