Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling to meet clinical needs.
• Manage orientation, hiring, and performance assessments for center staff.
• Forecast and block staffing schedules a month in advance.
• Ensure accurate coding and financial metrics are maintained.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors on service development.
