Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Center Supervisor to support daily center operations and clinical coverage. The role includes administrative assistance, quality assurance, and RBT coverage under the supervision of the Center Manager and Administrative Director.

You will implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA, collect data on progress, and help train families on treatment plans while ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for children and families

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ABA methodology knowledge and experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• High-level problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage as needed for one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families.
• Support the Center Manager in administrative duties.
• Own day-to-day center operations in the Center Manager’s absence.
• Opening and closing the location.
• Help to maintain room scheduling.
• Oversee Pickup and Drop off at center.
• Carry out routine housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running of the center.
• Ensure safety in the center.
