Behavioral Innovations – Burleson Treatment Center is seeking an Assistant Center Administrator to lead daily operations, manage staffing and scheduling, and contribute to financial and growth metrics. The role supports the BCBA team and ensures a nurturing, efficient center environment.

Responsibilities include onboarding, coordinating staff, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of service. The role requires a business-focused background and excellent customer-facing skills to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or 1-3 years of related experience.
• Experience with P&L, AR/AP, billing disputes, and collections.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily operations for the center.
• Approve all tours assigned by Intake.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept facility and address issues within 24 hours.
• Make daily scheduling adjustments as needed.
• Complete all new hire onboarding within the first 3 days of employment.
• Ensure accurate coding and financial reporting.
• Support staff development and training.
• Communicate with parents and staff to optimize center performance.
