Behavioral Innovations (BI) Tulsa Treatment Center is seeking an Assistant Center Administrator to lead daily operations, staffing, and scheduling for center-based ABA services. The role supports BCBAs and ensures efficient, growth-focused performance while maintaining high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• ABA background required or preferred.
• Experience in operations management.
• Understanding of P&L, AR/AP, billing disputes, and collections.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and self-motivation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Forecast and block staff/client schedules a month in advance.
• Coordinate with BCBAs on service development and evaluation.
• Ensure centers meet financial metrics and growth targets.
• Onboard new hires within the first 3 days of employment.
• Maintain center facilities and address issues within 24 hours.
