Job summary

BlueSprig in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Center Ops Supervisor to support daily operations with the Director of Clinical Operations, including schedule maintenance, Central Reach upkeep, authorization management, and hiring oversight.

This exempt role requires Monday–Friday availability, 40 hours, with typical hours 7:30–3:30 or 8–4. Starting pay is $50,000–$55,000 depending on experience. The position also covers administrative duties and staff mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year experience in operational support preferred.
• Must be available Monday through Friday - 40 hrs, 7:30-3:30 or 8-4.
• Strong organization and communication skills for scheduling, payroll support, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception: greeting families and team members, answering calls, receiving mail.
• Manage and maintain building access or security, control of guardian and team member presence.
• Rescheduling of services and communicating schedule changes; cancelation management.
• Intake assessment scheduling support and setting up family portal as needed.
• Ensure CentralReach data elements remain updated (scheduling, profiles, reports).
• Payroll support: coding and timekeeping compliance; amending notes.
• Culture/Team Member relations: onboarding, events, break coverage.
• Center upkeep: ordering supplies, safety drills, audits; facility leader.
• Coordinate vendor visits with facilities team.
• Reportable Events documentation and reporting as directed by leadership.
• Confidential document management: client documents and team member records.
• Provide basic tech support and inventory management; basic HR support including onboarding/offboarding.
• Support CD with coaching/corrective action documentation.
• Assist with team member certifications and exams; support marketing efforts and events.
• May support payer authorization processes and Candidate interview process.
• Follow policies including confidentiality and mandated reporting.
