Job summary

BlueSprig in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Center Ops Supervisor (COS) to support daily center operations under the Director of Clinical Operations. You will handle schedule maintenance, Central Reach upkeep, authorization management, facility management, and hiring oversight.

This exempt, full-time role requires Monday–Friday 7AM–4PM, with duties spanning admin support to patient-family coordination and team supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years related operational support experience preferred.
• Exempt role requiring reliable, proactive performance.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception: greet families and staff, answer calls, receive mail.
• Manage building access and security, including guardian and staff presence in building.
• Coordinate schedule changes and communicate cancellations to families and team members.
• Provide intake scheduling support and family portal setup as needed.
• Ensure CentralReach data elements are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support payroll coding and timekeeping compliance.
• Foster positive team culture, onboarding, and staff events.
• Coordinate vendor visits and center facilities with facilities team.
• Assist with documenting reportable events as directed by leadership.
• Manage confidential client and staff documents and records.
• Provide basic IT support and inventory management.
• Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding and time-keeping tasks.
