Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of clinical staff and department.
• Participate in hiring, supervision and coaching of team members.
• Coordinate with executives to ensure clinical quality and efficiency.
• Develop and monitor policies, procedures and quality assurance activities.
• Review medical records for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to support growth and practice development.
• Provide department orientation and ongoing staff training and development.
