Job summary

The Centr ia-Healthcare Center Administrator is an entry level operations role establishing the foundation for growth. You will handle day-to-day center operations, maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, and support the team while delivering excellent customer service to clients and staff.

Key duties include opening/closing the center, greeting visitors, coordinating materials, and ensuring compliance with local and Centria policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Basic computer skills and use of tablets or iPads.
• Familiarity with G Suite and ABA platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open/close center and greet clients and visitors.
• Maintain center cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Order, track, and manage center supplies and equipment.
• Assist Operations Director and center staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Centria policies and reporting requirements.
