Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and center software.

Responsibilities

• Open/close center and greet clients; provide tours as needed.
• Maintain center inventory with Operations Director; ensure staff has required items.
• Keep center clean, safe, and well-organized; report safety concerns.
• Maintain records to comply with local, state, and federal mandates.
• Coordinate with the Operations Director to keep client and staff schedules updated in Centria EMR.
