Job summary

CSL in Austin, Texas, seeks a Center Manager responsible for overall center operations, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR and IT. You will report to the Center Manager and, in their absence, hold ultimate responsibility for the center's performance and donor safety.

• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collect and analyze data to maintain center quality, efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with center manager to ensure quality compliance with regulatory and customer requirements for safety.
• Develop corrective action plans with QA to address audit deficiencies.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, training, and recordkeeping/reporting.
• Recruit, train, counseling, termination, and corrective actions per HR policies.
• Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts.
• Overnight travel up to 10%.
