• 1+ year of experience in client service, customer service, administrative, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, caregivers, team members, and visitors.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages promptly.
• Coordinate outgoing communications by phone, email, or fax.
• Greet visitors and help facilitate visits.
• Support arrival, departure, and drop-off procedures with caregiver verification.
