Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an advanced leadership development program that travels to plasma centers nationwide. You’ll relocate after completing the program and pursue a Plasma Center Operations Manager role across BioLife locations.

You will participate in an expedited six-month training with mentorship, followed by a 12-month window to secure a Plasma Center Manager position, moving between centers as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six-month expedited training with 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position.
• Team Management: cultivate a positive environment, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, recruit and retain staff.
• Career Advancement: progress to Plasma Center Operations Manager and help open new centers.
