The position entails managing profitability, cost controls, regulatory compliance, equipment setups in patient homes when needed, and occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Entry-level management; sales, supervision or medical experience are helpful.
• Candidates should be capable of interviewing, hiring, training and supervising staff.
• Ability to implement safety programs and maintain regulatory records as required by OSHA, DOT and FDA.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise quality candidates.
• Implement safety programs and maintain records per OSHA, DOT and FDA requirements.
• Manage inventory and purchasing through central purchasing.
• Grow patient base through excellent customer service.
• Ensure profitability and implement cost controls at the center.
• Ensure accuracy of public information materials.
• Maintain a fleet of leased vehicles and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Record keeping and inspections of vehicles.
• May perform equipment setups in patient homes (oxygen equipment, concentrators, reservoirs).
• May perform on-call duties on a rotational basis, including night/weekend call-outs.
• Serve as backup for service representatives during vacations or absences.
