Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise quality candidates
• Implement safety programs, including maintaining records in compliance with all regulations
• Controls inventory and purchasing of equipment and supplies
• Responsible for the growth of the patient base through customer service
• Responsible for the profitability of the center and cost controls
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of public information materials
• Maintain a fleet of leased vehicles and preventive maintenance program
• May perform equipment setups in patient homes (oxygen equipment, concentrators, reservoirs)
• May be required to perform on-call duties on a rotational basis
• Serve as backup to service representative for vacations/absences
• Record keeping and inspections of vehicles are a critical part of the responsibility
