Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. in Colorado seeks a Service Center Manager responsible for maximizing top line revenue growth and operating profitability of the center.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, clinical services, and sales efforts while guiding local marketing with a focus on managed care. You will develop and maintain effective communication among center staff, uphold the company mission and Quality Outcomes Program, and conduct performance evaluations with timely feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years management experience required, including excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills.
• Home health, home medical equipment, respiratory care, or home infusion pharmacy management experience preferred.
• Should have knowledge of Word Processing software.
