Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.
- Ability to stand/walk for shifts, transfer patients safely, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
- Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
- Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
- Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
