Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to lead a full-time therapy center in Livermore, CA. You will manage operations and financial performance while handling a full patient caseload, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local marketing to referral sources.

You will oversee center staff, supervise therapists and aides, and coordinate budgets and caseload efficiency to maximize quality care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic Windows proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee relations.
• Operations: Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Compliance: Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Facility Management: Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
