Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to oversee operations for a therapy center in Sacramento and maintain a full patient caseload. You will supervise staff, manage budgets and marketing to referral sources, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth while delivering high-quality patient care.
The role reports to the Manager of Clinical Operations or Clinical Operations Director and offers incentives, annual bonus eligibility, and professional
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
- Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency to optimize operations.
- Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and complete documentation.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
- Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
