Job summary
Top Echelon Software LLC seeks a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to oversee therapy center operations and deliver high-quality patient care in a busy clinical setting. You will supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and drive growth through local outreach to referral sources.
Qualifications include a degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy, state licensure, CPR, and strong leadership with problem solving.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
- Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
- Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and thorough documentation.
- Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
- Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
