Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist – Outpatient Center Manager to lead our orthopedic therapy team at the Allendale center. You will oversee clinical operations, deliver high-quality rehab services, and help athletes return to sport and life with strong leadership potential.

Ideal candidates have a sports medicine background, outpatient experience, and a passion for growing a premier center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• State PT license required to start.
• One year outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; leadership potential welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team.
• Provide preventative and rehab services to maximize function.
• Grow center operations and manage physician relationships.
• Develop and mentor PTs and PTAs.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, payors to optimize outcomes.
• Expand patient portfolios and revenue for the center.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager

Location: 11301 Commerce Drive, Suite B, Allendale, MI 49401

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 based on experience

Incentives: $15,000 Sign-On Bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well‑being of our patients.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join our Sports Center of Excellence and play a key role in serving local university and high school athletes. We are seeking a clinician with a strong sports medicine background who is passionate about delivering high‑quality care to an active patient population.

Previous leadership experience is preferred; however, we are open to considering a high‑performing candidate with demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow into a Center Manager role. Candidates must have at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience.
