Job summary

NovaCare in Delmar, DE is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead and manage an outpatient orthopedic center. You will oversee our therapy team, provide preventative and rehab services, and drive excellent patient outcomes while ensuring compliant clinic operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of recent outpatient orthopedic experience, a valid state license, and CPR certification. This leadership position offers a competitive salary, a $20K sign-on bonus, and benefits to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.

Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager

Location: Delmar, DE

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2 evenings a week until 7pm, done by 2pm on Fridays so you can start your weekend early!

Compensation:Salary range is $95K-$105K, based on your experience.

Incentives: $20K Sign on Bonus, plus Student Loan Assistance of $350 per month for duration of your employment with us!

Unique Location/Job Details: Diverse outpatient center with 1PTA, 1 part-time PT and front desk staff. We are looking for a leader to treat and manage the clinic. Diverse outpatient orthopedic mix. Must have at least 1 year of recent outpatiet orthopedic experience.
