Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a Service Center Manager for a Kingman, AZ location to maximize top-line revenue growth and center profitability. You will oversee day-to-day operations, clinical services and sales activities while guiding local marketing with a managed care focus.

Responsibilities include communicating across staff, conducting performance evaluations, delegating duties, and hiring qualified staff to support the company mission and Quality Outcomes Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and strong leadership and communication skills.
• 3–5 years of management experience with leadership, communication, and sales capabilities.
• Experience in home health, home medical equipment, respiratory care, or home infusion pharmacy management preferred.
• Should have knowledge of Word Processing software.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
