Job summary

Lincare Holdings in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Service Center Manager to maximize revenue growth and operating profitability of the center. You will oversee day-to-day operations, clinical services, and sales efforts while guiding local marketing toward managed care.

The role requires leadership, strategic communication, and staff development; you will hire, train, and evaluate staff, delegate duties, and utilize company resources to meet the mission and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to five years management experience required, including leadership, communication, and sales skills.
• Home health, home medical equipment, respiratory care, or home infusion pharmacy management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Word Processing software.
