Scenthound is seeking a Scenter Manager in Temple, TX to lead daily operations, drive membership sales, and ensure exceptional dog wellness and customer service. This role requires strong leadership, integrity, and hands-on management of a team in a fast-paced retail-dog care environment.

The position emphasizes KPI-driven leadership, staff development, and adherence to Scenthound standards for safety and cleanliness, with opportunities for advancement in regional management.

Qualifications

• Management experience is required.
• Customer service experience in retail or food service.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through health and wellness education
• Maintain a knowledgeable team prioritizing dog wellness and safety
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship for Scenter employees
• Drive employee development through leadership, training, and performance reviews
• Uphold quality standards through hands-on participation, audits, and training
• Communicate information from upper management to team promptly and accurately
• Identify when/where help is needed and provide assistance to keep schedules
• Foster teamwork, open communication, and Scenthound values
• Manage client expectations; resolve customer concerns
• Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times
• Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices
