European Wax Center seeks an Assistant Center Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive guest experience with a focus on sales growth.

You will develop future leaders, partner with the Center Manager on local marketing, and create a culture that embodies the brand. This is a fast-paced, development-focused leadership track within our UPMA Group network.

Qualifications

• Availability: Full-time schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a multi-service or specialty store environment.
• Proven leadership or management experience in a professional setting.
• Desire to be a Brand Culture Warrior and drive team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center floor, driving energy and guest experience.
• Coach Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to achieve sales goals.
• Monitor KPIs and pivot strategies to improve results.
• Mentor associates and develop next-level leaders on the team.
• Partner with Center Manager on local marketing and talent interviews.
