Aufgaben

• Lead Center Performance and exceed revenue and operating budgets.
• Develop the GSA and Waxer Team and coach performance.
• Recruit and develop talent across the Center.
• Train and model expected behaviors and processes put forward by European Wax Center.
• Effectively communicate and set direction with Center Team; monitor performance.
• Maintain a professional, clean Center meeting brand standards.
